This publication ethics policy is based on the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) Core Practices (https://publicationethics.org/core-practices/) and serves as the primary ethical guideline for all stakeholders involved in the journal publication process.

Duties of Authors

Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of research data. Fabrication, falsification, or inappropriate data manipulation is strictly prohibited.

All sources used in the manuscript must be properly cited to avoid plagiarism in any form.

Authors are encouraged to carefully review the final version of the manuscript before publication. Requests for withdrawal must be communicated to the editorial team before publication.

If research involves human participants, authors must ensure confidentiality and protect participants’ personal data in accordance with ethical standards.

Duties of Reviewers

Reviewers assist editors in making editorial decisions and improving manuscript quality through objective and constructive feedback.

All reviews must be conducted professionally, without personal criticism of the authors.

Reviewers should clearly identify strengths and weaknesses of the manuscript and provide supported academic arguments.

Reviewers must maintain confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts.

Any conflict of interest must be declared before accepting a review assignment.

Duties of Editors

Editors are responsible for deciding which manuscripts are suitable for publication based on academic merit and relevance to the journal scope.

Editorial decisions must be made without discrimination based on gender, religion, nationality, or political beliefs.

Editors must ensure confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and must not use unpublished materials for personal research purposes.

Editors are responsible for maintaining the integrity of the peer-review process and ensuring timely communication with authors and reviewers.
